NaArMaMo: Day 7's creation

I made a knitted cat toy for my day's art. Somewhat large photos under cut.


It's a sort of tetrahedron shape made by closing the ends of a cylinder at right angles to each other. I think it looks like some sort of swimmy microscopic life.

I showed it to Monty and this was his reaction.

He says it's eminently fit for purpose.

Well, the mousie I made over a year ago is still receiving regular fatal beatings and holding up fairly well, although severely felted and usually covered in dust from under the bookshelf. White is probably not a good colour for a cat toy in terms of longevity.
