I've only eaten the flowers, usually for decoration in salads. They're... sort of peppery. I'm growing them for the bees and because I wanted something colourful; I'm hoping I can make them grow all over a steep bank outside the kitchen window, so I'm not looking outside at a wall of bare clay.
