(no subject)

I AM AMPLY SUGARED RIGHT NOW

I AM UNUSED TO THIS AS I DON'T ACTUALLY HAVE A SWEET TOOTH AT ALL

but there was a party at which there was somewhat of an overestimation in the provision of desserts

and we brought home so much cake that was going to be thrown out if nobody took it away

and it's going to go stale if I don't make my best effort at it

I am all chocolatey and sticky to the gills, it is really nice cake

but I could really go for some lettuce leaves or something tomorrow

so
much
caaaake

Alas, I cannot cake with you. BUT you know, you could try wrapping some up in aluminum foil and plastic and freezing it?

And then, you know, a couple months from now when you clean out the freezer, you throw it away. :^)

Ooohhh - I KNOW, dear, I know this situation very well!!!
Hahaha, this happened after my wedding, actually it was a double wedding, my husband´s brother shared the wedding with us, and on top of that, it was a village wedding. Which means "showing off". And so there were NUMEROUS BIIIIG cakes and sweets in piles and the second couple left for their honeymoon. I had no honeymoon (typical) but all the cakes and stuff were still there and I had no heart to leave it ...
Well, you can imagine: my breakfast - a cake. Lunch? Cakes and pastry. Tea and cakes or pastry, the same in the evening.
After a week I had more than 75 kilos ( I had never had so much, not even being pregnant!) and I was FED UP with cakes. Since then, I have hated rich cream cakes and pastry.
But then...mmmmmmmmmmmmm.........!!!!!!!!!!!LOL

Hmm...since then, I haven´t eaten cakes with fat, rich cream which are still home-made in Czech and MOravian villages. They are very delicious but extremely heavy and one slice can finish you!!!
I like just fruit, chocolate, light cream cakes, yum yum - like that you mention!!!!:-)
