I watched Captain America: The First Avenger and Captain America: The Winter Soldier back to back tonight, as part of my Marvel movie binge. Two main thoughts sticking:

Bucky needs a hug. The Winter Soldier problem would have been mostly solved with more Steve/Bucky hugs.

The Black Widow's hair goes wavy when wet. After showering at The Falcon's house, how did she get hold of a hair straightener? He has a military haircut and appears to live alone; I don't think he had one to lend her.

I love the idea that she improvised something out of, idk, butter knives and first aid gauze. Or she carries some sort of tiny superspy super straightener serum that Tony made her in the lab. That latter actually seems likely; Tony has probably taken being in an LTR with Pepper as a delightful introduction to new problems that need solving. I imagine either a capsule of tiny hair-straightening robots, or a two-part serum that produces its own hair-safe heat when the catalyst is introduced via a small clip.

I figure as part of her training, Natasha knows all sorts of 'home remedies' for disguise purposes.

Including these:

I think she went with Vinegar as the one mentioned that didn't require a lot of time, or ingredients Sam probably wouldn't have. Even a guy who lives alone might have a bottle of vinegar (bought to make salad dressing to impress a date, and then forgot about, most likely).
