I'm glad not to live too close to ducks - at another house I used to have them come and sleep on the lawn just under the window, and then they'd quack loudly at five in the morning! I got so tired of hearing them.

The butterfly is a pest here too, but I've been too busy to grow any cabbages so it's not a pest in my garden, nothing there for it to eat! I'd like to get pictures of more interesting butterflies, but even this one looks more beautiful when you really look at it close up.
